HVAC Service Technician
(Commercial)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $34.89 – $44.30 per hour (Based on experience)

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial, institutional and industrial HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, air handling systems, ductless mini-splits, hot water heating systems, etc.).
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups to maximize energy efficiency.
- Perform equipment and system repairs.
- Perform equipment replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining diagnostic findings.
- Keep the company service vehicle clean, safe, and properly stocked with inventory.
What We Look For (Requirements):
- Professional HVAC service experience.
- EPA Universal Certification (Type I & Type II required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and comfort working with electrical schematics.
- A team player with excellent customer service skills and a high standard of integrity.

CAREER opportunities for individuals seeking to establish long-term employment in a technical trade. Now hiring for indentured apprentices in the HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) Controls trade.
The following are requirements of the position; strong desire to learn a technical trade and establish a career, maturity, strong oral and written communication skills, willingness to work hard and follow directions, mechanical aptitude, valid and clear drivers license.
Hourly Wage: $17.15 – $31.26
Benefits are as follows; Health insurance including dependent coverage, 7 paid holidays, up to 3 weeks paid vacation, 401(k) retirement investment program with employer-match, profit sharing, continuing education and uniforms.
